4 in 5 people
will have at least one wart during their lifetime. So
a lot of people will be looking at ways to treat their
plantar warts on a budget. The vinegar technique is an
effective method of removing warts using apple cider vinegar.
It’s an alternative to the duct tape treatment and
many prefer it as you don’t have to wear tape on
your finger all day!
This
is how people are using apple cider vinegar to remove
their wart;
Take
a cotton ball and soak it into the apple cider vinegar.
Place the cotton ball directly
over your wart (s) and seal it to your skin with medical
tape or just a normal bandage. |
When you wake up remove the
bandage and cotton ball. |
After
you remove the cotton ball and bandage wash the area
to clean the skin. |
| |
Repeat
this process every night for one to two weeks or until
your wart falls off! |
Many
people have had fantastic results with this method.
